At ITEXES, we believe that on-site training is an essential part of professional growth. For this reason, we collaborate with universities and technical institutes to offer students the opportunity to gain direct experience in the world of structural design and engineering innovation. strutturale e dell’innovazione ingegneristica.
We welcome students from the University of Salerno and other Italian or European universities who wish to carry out a training internship with a minimum duration of 180 hours (approximately three months).
- Work alongside our technical team during the design and development phases;
- Participate in structural analyses and project reviews;
- Collaborate on real cases, gaining hands-on experience with professional software;
- Understand the complete process — from the initial concept to the final realization.
We believe in the value of collaboration and mutual growth: each intern is guided by a tutor who supports their learning journey and ensures a practical and engaging training experience.
